A Brit in New York for the last 50 years. I was in the airline business, followed by the luxury travel trade. Most of these posts cover the last 25 years when I traveled extensively, setting up itineraries for the Private Jet business. Basically very wealthy clients being whisked around the world in a specially reconfigured B757 aircraft. I used to send emails to a group of friends, mainly in the travel business or who were good travelers themselves. Hence quite a lot about the logistics of my getting places and how I explored/scouted and then finally was around when the trips happened.
